President & CEO


The founder of Sep & Sam Engineering, Habib Moravej, is Structural Engineer, Project Manager, and builder of new custom homes in Toronto and GTA, mostly in Avenue road and Eglinton areas.
He is a Civil Engineer, and has been a member of Professional Engineer of Ontario since 2010.
He also prepares the structural designs of all of his projects and provide his professional expertise in providing clients with structural design.
This provides his clients with a great advantage since most structural designers are not involved in the construction aspect of the project. He on the other hand have a vivid vision while designing each projects knowing what the final result would be and how functional it would be for the home owners.

HISTORY

Habib Moravej, Sep and Sam Engineering founder, has always been intrigued by construction and pursued this love by majoring as a civil engineer. He has been a member of Ontario Professional Engineer since 2010.
He has built more than 40 new houses in GTA and mostly in Avenue road and Eglinton area as well as Yonge and Lawrence neighbourhood. He has also successfully completed more than 20 renovation projects in Toronto.
His company is registered under the Tarion New Home Warranty.
